Kiwi’s are known for their propensity to travel, with huge amounts of us disappearing to the UK and beyond each year on our OE. But where do we rank in the world for most travelled?
Well Hostelword have put together a list based on research looking at overseas and domestic holiday bookings since 2014, and calculated this based per head of population.
New Zealand has come in as “the third most globe-trotting nation” on the planet, according to the data based on holiday bookings to 170 countries.
While there is no surprise to see the Irish in first, Australia beating us into second may come as a surprise.
