The stateside view on McGregor’s retirement from Colin Cowherd from Fox also throws weight to the argument that this is a publicity stunt. Cowherd states it could be a dispute between Dana White and McGregor. We all know McGregor is a necessity to draw in the pay per view crowds and the Diaz rematch would certainly do that.
